Toit!

Kõigile meeldib süüa. Ja ma tean päris mitmeid inimesi, kes tunnistavad, et söövad liiga palju, eriti just kodus, sest see läheb lihtsalt nii märkamatult. Ka mina olen selles kindlasti süüdi. Kuna mul ei õnnestu kunagi toidupäevikut pidada, siis otsustasin, et salvestan fotodena mida ma iga päev söön, et endalgi ülevaade oleks olemas ja mingigi vastutus. Siin on peaaegu nädala jagu lõunasööke. Kindlasti on nad tervislikumad ja sisaldavad palju rohkem juurvilju kui enne (kui muidugi vastlapäeva kukkel välja arvata), aga kindlasti võiksid nad olla veel tervislikumad. Ma üritan ennast ka toidu poole pealt rohkem harida ja erinevaid asju proovida, seega loodetavasti on siin varsti ka mõned head retseptid kirjas.


Everybody loves to eat. And I know quite a few people who openly admit that they eat too much, especially at home as the food just goes by so quickly. I'm no different. As I'm seriously incapable of keeping a food diary, I decided to do it by taking pictures of everything I eat to have an overview and also to keep myself accountable. So the picture above is almost a week worth of lunches. They're definitely more healthy and have more veggies than before (especially the Shrove Tuesday's bun), but for sure they could be more healthy. I am trying to educate myself on food and try out different things (mostly inspired by Pinterest), and hopefully soon there will be a few recipes uploaded here also.
